Xiao Qing Long Tang translates as Minor Bluegreen Dragon Decoction is a classical formula recorded almost 2000 years ago at the end of the Han Dynasty. The name of this formula comes from Chinese folklore. The bluegreen dragon is known as the eastern wood spirit who can be found amongst the ocean waves and can command the clouds and cause them to produce rain. Just as the dragon masters water, this formula controls water metabolism by transforming congested fluids.
